All true, except I definitely do regret trying to run through the pain, which caused my injury to worsen to a point where I haven’t been able to run for 3 weeks and I probably won’t run again for another 3 weeks. :(
Enjoy your running, but please take some days off if anything feels off (muscle soreness is okay, tendon or joint pain is not!)
